But since it's 4 in the morning and I'm a girl, I realize oh hey, I don't really know much about you people. And no one is on AIM so I can't harass them there, so I'm resorting to making what is pretty much a 'let's get to know each other better!' thread. Because you know how us woman folk are curious about everything.

So just tell us something about you that you've never talked about on the boards before. It doesn't have to be a big, dark secret - just something that's never come up here for some reason or another. It can be a random bit of information, it can be a story, whatever. There's more to you guys than hockey and music. Hopefully.

My mom is in a nursing home because she has severe MS. I wasn't completely potty trained until I was five or six years old. The ending of Homeward Bound makes me cry every fucking time. I used to pretend that Horror from The Pagemaster was my invisible friend, and then my dad bought me a stuffed Horror doll for Christmas that I carried with me everywhere for the next like, five years. I've listened to the song Grace Kelly by Mika over fifty times this week.

I was once a youth minister and a traveling evangelist. Not like the evangelists in "Jesus Camp."
I was also the lead singer of a christian rock band, we opened for bands such as Skillet, Jars of Clay, Newsboys, and DC Talk.
That was actually toward the end of my "good christian boy" phase. I just sort of started actually questioning everything and started really not believing in it anymore. Some time went by and I was eventually kicked out of the band because I finally told them I didn't really believe anymore.
Now they are a worship band and don't rock at all.

I have a problem with telling people how i feel, i bottle up my feelings and end up losing my temper so bad when the tinyest thing happens because of that, i cant control it though, so i always end up doing things i regret.
When my dad walked out, i had to look after my mom, and i feel it made me grow up quick, thats why i can be immature at times because i didnt really have a good childhood.

Okay, most of them were pretty personal, but i feel better now after getting it out.

I have crippling anxiety attacks over spiders and snakes in my bed at night sometimes. Spiders and snakes, they terrify me. When Corbin posted that picture of the Burmese python in the Random pic thread, I had serious complications sleeping for a few days.

oh and I can cook an incredible omelet. it's the only thing aside from grilled cheese sandwiches that I can cook.

I know everyone usually doesn't like school, but I just can't stand going to it. It makes me insane. First you have to get up at 6:00 in the fucking morning, which definitely kicks me up a knotch, and then when I get there, I have to look at these RETARTED, TRENDY, and POPULAR pieces of shit for 7 hours each day. They literally let people in my class that drool on their desks, but somehow get better grades than most of us. And then there are these pale white, bowl cut, rich popular kids that think that they are better than us because they have a golf course in their backyard. They wear shit like PINK polo shirts, I cannot fucking believe it. I wish I could grow up in the 90s or when people didn't make me so sick. And I'm not trying to be a negative nancy here, it's just the way I feel.

One more thing about me is sometimes I have paranoia, especially at night. When I get up to get a drink of water or something, I always have these thoughts of insane people looking at me through the window, like the Bjork stalker and shit like that. It freaks me out sometimes.
