Just bottled my Pliny clone. Fucking delicious. It's really hoppy and abrasive right now. Another week or two of aging and it'll be perfect.

I'm going to very honest with you guys right off the bat, I don't drink. Last week a friend of mine gave me a bunch of different shit (long, long, odd story) so now I have this compilation of alcohol here. So far I've tried a few different things and have hated it all. Is beer and hard liquor all an acquired taste or am I just not liking it because it's a completely new taste to me? Tried Jack, tasted like I took a swig of pure cough syrup; he had a few different brands of beer (Coors, Corona, Miller) and all of them tasted the same to me pretty much, and he had a bottle of wine that tasted similar to the beer. Am I just a fucked up person who can't appreciate this stuff or am I just new to this stuff?

in no way is alcohol for everyone, but at the same time something like jack daniels takes sometime to get use to. I can drink that stuff like water. ive been drinking it since i was a freshmen in highschool. Beers not for everyone.
Try wine....especially Rose. |
